Don't add the grape jelly...it made it waaay too sweet! But without the jelly it is pretty good, however it tastes nothing like olive garden's meat sauce!

Not much taste, at all. I would cut the jelly in half. I had to add seasoning, garlic and more Prego and V8. I do like the grape jelly idea since I usually add a little sugar to my spaghetti sauce.

The amount of salt in this recipe is outrageous. The onion soup is pure salt. I made it and everyone complained it was too salty tasting. It tastes nothing like the Olive Garden recipe so why it's being sold as that is beyond me. Save yourself a headache and humiliation and don't make this recipe.

great recipe, I follow all the instructions but replace the onion mix soup with campbell's French onion soup , add a little oregano ,fennel ,basil leaves and 1 bay leaves ,grape jelly and to be more quick in the kitchen I used Italian meatballs.
