It's the one that's been on TV a lot. At the moment when you order it you get some other recipe ebooks free with it and access to an online database of more restaurant recipes. It's a really good deal.
After you buy it you could print it out and put the recipes you want into a presentation folder with plastic pages so you can use it in the kitchen without ruining the paper. It's also good to write down your thoughts on the recipe and make notes on variations you try.
The second best in my opinion is the Copy Cat Cookbook. You get two volumes, with 750 restaurant recipes.
It's cover isn't as slick as America's Secret Recipes but the recipes are just as good. It also comes with 3 free extra recipe books.
