On another question I saw that an employee said this is manufactured by Marzetti and brought into the stores. Its only sold foodservice now. This would totally make sense since I can no longer purchase Marzetti's Caesar any longer at my grocer. I suspect each time I like a restaurant's Caesar it is Marzetti's. Anyhow this is the ingredient list from the foodservice packaging, though you couldn't make the recipe based on this but you may be able to get close. Some things you would also never use when making it at home:

SOYBEAN OIL, WATER, DISTILLED
VINEGAR, ROMANO CHEESE (PASTEURIZED PART-SKIM MILK,CHEESE CULTURE, SALT,
ENZYMES), SALT, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, ANCHOVIES,SPICES(INCLUDING MUSTARD SEED), XANTHAN GUM,PROPYLENE GLYCOL ALGINATE,GARLIC CONCENTRATE, NATURAL FLAVORS, CALCIUM DISODIUM
EDTA ADDED TO PROTECT FLAVOR.

Now based on this and a actual decent recipe you could use amounts relative to this recipe or just go with this one completely and replace the parmesan with romano:

Red Lobster Caesar Salad Dressing

3 anchovies
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 coddled egg yolk
5 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/2 squeezed lemon
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Take care

What is old bay seasoning?

It's found near the other seasonings. Generally used for fish dishes.
